There's a financial aid program coming up called College Goal Sunday that we want you to know about. This program is available to all who would like to attend regardless of the specific college of choice.
College Goal Sunday is a free program to help individuals and/or their families fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is the major financial aid application for college. On Sunday, February 19, beginning at 2:00 p.m., financial aid volunteers will be available at South Arkansas Community College to help participants with their financial aid application, with completing the online process and to make sure one gets the help needed to apply for financial aid at any college.
If individuals attend College Goal Sunday, they get free help with the financial aid application and walk away from the event knowing that they have tackled one of the most difficult steps in getting ready for college. We hope you will make plans to attend this important program to help prepare one for college.
