Apr 26 TinkerFest
Tinkering is free-form experimentation with use of screwdrivers, motors, wires, glue, and more. Tinkering is a great family activity where all can experiment and learn things together. It’s all about exploring to discover how and why things work, and often learning why they don’t. TinkerFest will feature inventors and artisans from south Arkansas. Visitors will have the opportunity to make one-of-a-kind jewelry from junk; take apart appliances and computers to actually see how they were designed and how they operated; paint with items that Mother Nature gives us; build an automata; make fun accessories, purses and wallets with duct tape, and much more.
